SKS Aerobic Kickboxing

Description

Come Join Owner, Chief Instructor and Personal Trainer Anthony Resser and his staff for a fat burning sweat building and fun work out. By using practical Martial Arts and self defense moves you not only reach your goals in fitness but learn how to protect yourself too. These classes are 45 minutes long and are good for all fitness levels from the first timer to to elite. We start with warm up exercises then step up the pace to music that will put a smile on your face. Then we hit the bags for some stress relief. This is a overall body workout that will want you coming back for more.
