On Saturday, March 1, former Bullitt East High School standout Mario Rivas’ current college team, the Kentucky State Thorobreds, lost 10-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Savannah State Tigers.

The game took place at Western Hills Baseball Field. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Thorobreds’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12:30 p.m. at Western Hills Baseball Field against Savannah State Tigers.
